Many customers have asked about the alcohol content of our candy. We are happy to field individual questions, but here is our general information:
Many of our flavors are made without alcohol.
Many of our flavors are made with alcohol as part of the recipe, but the alcohol is cooked out during preparation, leaving only the flavor.
However, some flavors contain a bit of alcohol which has not been subjected to heat. These varieties include Maple Bourbon Truffles, Mint Chocolate Chip Truffles, Mint Julep, Bourbon Balls, and Mamacitas.

HARD CORE CANDY
Hard Core Candy was organized as an LLC in the State of Tennessee in April, 2018. The concept began after years of providing quality fudge and other candies to friends and family members every year at Christmas. Due to requests for the candy, the decision was made to provide the candy on a larger scale. The recipes were originally developed in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. The current product is manufactured at the commercial, state-approved facility known as The Cook's Kitchen in Nashville, Tennessee.
